Personal output has been slow on account of it being the end of the school term. But I have been writing weekly articles on Gamemoir! Here’s what I’ve written for the past two weeks:
- Review of Morningstar: Descent to Deadrock, a fun, short little adventure game about crashing onto an alien planet.
- A reflection essay examining the ways in which some of the games I’ve played recently handle the morality of killing lots and lots of people as a gameplay mechanic. Basic argument: More complicated plots mean you’ve gotta deal with the problem of morality more thoroughly.
